Remove back cushions from the plush velvet sofa to enjoy as additional twin size bed, bringing total sleeping capacity to 6 people.
Plentiful counter space in kitchen for easy cooking and prep, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, gas range and oven. Walk from dining area out to backyard with large deck, facing National Forest.
2 Car Garage and large driveway for plenty of off street parking. Washer/Dryer. WiFi included (sorry, no cable TV). Approx 1300 sq ft total.
Guests must be respectful of this family neighborhood of local Jacksonites. Enjoy evenings in yard watching sunsets over the Tetons, access to Rafter J open space and Flat Creek, but be mindful of children playing on street, respect speed limits and no late night parties.
Rentals in this neighborhood must be minimum 30 days. Home currently available entire month of July (some date flexibility, contact owner to discuss). $7950 for the month, plus $2500 fully refundable damage deposit within 7 days of vacancy if no damages or unreasonable cleaning required. Will consider pets for additional $500 (1 dog) or $750 (2 dogs) non-refundable damage deposit.
